7. Re-evaluating your 2020 goals
Do not hold on to your January 2020 goals in September of 2020. Be kind to yourself. Re-evaluate and set some new goals that better fit the time we are in. We were all caught off guard by the impact that COVID-19 has had on our lives. As we enter the Fall 2020 season, take another look at what you are trying to accomplish as we still have 4 months left in the year.
